Sun in 12th House
Sun is a mixture of the soft and hard planet. It is the 'king' among planets. Like any parent, it exercises order and discipline on the individual and his care and affection. But in the 12th house, Sun often operates as a hard planet.

In the final investigation, the Iran Police booked the Indian for parking his car on the wrong side. Even though the fact was clear that the car was parked correctly in the parking lot, no action was taken against the two Iranian nationals whose cars crashed. The Indian national was transferred to India. Neither the court of law nor the police took any cognizance of the 13-year-old girl who died in the parked car. The Indian had Sun and Saturn in the 12th house and had been cautioned about governmental action, a good time before leaving for Iran.
In India and virtually all other countries, if the police or any other agency of the government like customs, anti-narcotics, or excise, want to pester an individual, the officials themselves would plant a small number of narcotics or illicit liquor, opium, or a small piece of smuggled contraband within the individual's premises. A search would then be conducted on those premises, and the individual would be booked for a severe type of offence or crime.
Another ugly case caused due to the presence of Sun in the Twelfth house
A person was found in contraband possession and booked for a non-bailable offence when he was asked to remove his clothes for a more effective search. While one officer was frisking his body, another officer placed a contraband packet in the removed clothes in a clandestine Manner.
Political vendetta and vandalism, suppression, unlawful physical attacks, and even murders are Common in a few countries, and there is virtually no relief or rescue for the victims. There is no need for the government agents to make any special efforts to frame an individual in any crime.
