• Japa of the Ketu Beej Mantra is also an effective remedy for nullifying the effects of Ketu. One should do a Jap of "Om Shram Shreem Shroum Sah Ketave Namah" 17000 times with Rudraksha Mala just within 40 days. 

• Offering black mustard seeds or Kulthi dal on Thursday is also a very powerful remedy for pacifying Ketu in the third house.
