For Payment in Indian Currency:

Through Phone Pe / Google Pay / Paytm. 

Though relevant details are mentioned below but in case of even slightest doubts, please contact us & take our official confirmation. Rest assured, whatever payment method you choose to pay online, your payment is secured as our payment gateway partners use the encryption technology  to keep your transaction details totally confidential at all the times.  

Once you make the payment, though you get a confirmation with unique reference no from the above payment channels, it is always better to obtain an official confirmation from us directly in writing. 

Upon confirmation of your payment, we will send you a small fact file asking for some basic inputs including your birth details to facilitate the consultation be it Online Report or direct session with Dr. Vinay Bajrangi.

Commercial/ Payment Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to Bajrangi Astro & our website. We accept payments only through authorised payment modes as explained in the “Modes of Payment” section. Please use these channels only and be very careful in making any payments to us. Also please use your free will & discretion to make any payment to us than coming any direct or indirect influence to make any payment to us. We are not responsible for such an error or acts of yours. 
By clicking to “I agree” button, you signify that you have read, understood , agree & accept these terms and conditions.
We may change any or some of the terms and conditions on our website at our discretion but none will hamper the basic right of the person making the payment as per the good practices of the Service Trade. Those terms will be published openly and shall deemed to be applicable on all existing members/clients also. You can review such revisions any time whenever you want during the usage of our website. 

1. Nothing other than mentioned in the terms and conditions will be binding on us unless otherwise agreed mutually in writing.
   All our services and contents are open for public usage but access to the personalised Horoscope or its related information is limited only to our registered members for paid services. Without registration, your access to many of personalised services may be restricted. The Free Services and the Paid Services are referred to collectively in these Terms of Service as the "Services." In consideration for the Paid Services, Member agrees to provide  current, complete, and accurate information about Member as required by Bajrangi Astro for offering the services in the effective manner.
   update immediately if there is any major change or error as this can affect analysis and predictions given based on earlier details. In such cases, one should take explicit written confirmation from us as to how would such changes affect the original status of our services and predictions.  

2. We do not allow any third party to offer any services on our behalf nor authorise anyone to accept any payments on our behalf directly or indirectly. 

3. Our services are offered only to individuals who are eligible to form a legal binding contract as per applicable Laws in India. Our services are not available to Minors , lunatic and persons with abnormal behaviour. Also our services may not be available to persons of any Country prohibited by present Laws, treaty and other administrative acts/restrictions.  

4. Upon your firm registration, including, you would be eligible for an unique Customer ID (CID) for further usage and references. This will have user’s ID & Password which will confidential and any misuse of this by any unauthorised person will be entirely your responsibility. You can and are advised that you should change the password for better security reasons. If we notice any attempt by anyone using these credentials without proper authorisation, we may restrict all usage of these credentials by anyone, including the original member. 

5. You will allow access to your account to the authorised persons of Bajrangi Astro, in case of any allegations or spurious usage of your account.
   
   Bajrangi Astro will be at liberty to suspend or terminate your account ( in whole or in part) if we notice any illegal activity in your account, or find information given by you are misleading or contradictory to our proven source of knowledge or any of your actions might cause legal liability either to you or us or any type of other deemed violation of the prevalent Laws & practices in the Country. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.
We consider any cancellation and request for refunds as a very unfortunate incident but in case of genuine reasons & failures on our part to satisfy the prospective members, we are open to accept cancellation and refunds. This could be due to any payment made to us by mistake, after thoughts after making the payment or any other reasons. 

1. To justify the cancellation & ask for refund, the person will have to inform within Four Hours of making such payment. The normal claims for cancellation and refund will not be entertained beyond four hours. However, in other cases also, we will be generous in accepting cancellation and refunds provided the person is being justied with logical reasons as per the normal practices. We are Bajrangi Astro do not want to keep any order or payment in bad taste with us.

2. No cancellation or refund request however will be entertained due to wrong information primarily the wrong birth details given by the person. But yes, person can inform us to modify and correct such data before availing the final services. 

3. Once the services i.e.the report or consultation sessions are completed with an information to the person, no request for cancellation or refund shall be entertained.
   
   Any double payment made against a specific order will be returned within 3 working days without any disputes or tactics to delay. 

4. We will ensure all eligible refunds are made within Four working days from the date of receipt of request & our acceptance to refund such amounts, both in writing. 

5. These refunds will be made subject to deduction of GST , delivery charges & other processing charges if the person made the payment was at fault else such charges also will be borne by us.  

6. We take utmost care in packing and wrapping the products as per the best practices before handing them over to the delivery agency. But still if any tangible or printable products delivered by Bajrangi Astro, if found damaged or defective can be requested for the replacement within two days of the receipt of such products/items. 

Behavioural & Contractual obligations for dealing with us. 

We assume person are availing our services as an individual entity and not as a group of persons or business entity and will not resell or make any commercial use of any of our product or services without a written consent from us through our mail ID [email protected]. 

The information provided by you for availing our services is solely your discretion and are deemed to be correct as per your knowledge. We are not responsible for or will not dispute the same.

The persons or members dealing with us agree & accept to:

1. To comply with all Indian laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the India or anywhere through the Service;
   Not to use the Website or the Services for illegal purposes.

2. Not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to Bajrangi Astro .com;
   To comply with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Bajrangi Astro .com Website; and
   To comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding 

3. Your usage of our website and other information provided to you will be subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures.

4. You are not allowed to use any information of Bajrangi Astro or our website for any criminal, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable any promotion which can or is deemed to cause any civil or criminal liability to us. 

5. You have no right to restrict the use of our services by any of the members of Bajrangi Astro.   

6. Bajrangi Astro will have full liberty to delete or deactivate your account or communication channels with a prior written communication to you.

7. The services are provided on the basis of “as is” and assumes no responsibility for any distortion later due to any reasons, thereof.  

8. We use best of the internet & services to the best of our knowledge and capabilities & are not responsible in any manner for any damage or loss of data from your computer or mobile. Yes, you can request us to retrieve it in such cases. 

9. Your usage of our services and access to our website and other tools will be solely at your free will with best of your senses & wisdom. We do not prompt or force anyone to avail our services. 

10. We try our best to use our expertise & abilities to offer our services and products and its accuracy but are nowhere nor our suppliers or associates are responsible to satisfy your perception of satisfaction. 

11. Our services are based on the best Vedic astrology rules, principles and practices but do not guarantee any results as per your perception of satisfaction.

12. If you are not able to see any information or access to any of our product and services, you can always request us to provide the same to you. 

13. We deal directly with the persons before and after the services and are not responsible for or guarantee on anything if you under any influence directly or indirectly deal with any third person and agency and make any contract or payment to them.

14. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bajrangi Astro and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of the Services.

15. Your violation of the Privacy Policy or these Terms of Service, or violation of any third party's rights, including without limitation, infringement by you or any other user of your account of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. 

16. You acknowledge that the Content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or distributed via email, commercially produced information presented to the member by Bajrangi Astro its suppliers, and/or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You are not permitted to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from the Content unless expressly authorized by Bajrangi Astro. its suppliers, or advertisers.

17. In case there is any eventuality to serve any notice,  as otherwise stated in these Terms of Service, all notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via email and speed post, shall be deemed given 24 hours after an email is sent or the day, the speed post is sent on the address and Email id provided by you in any of the communication with us. 

18. We sincerely do not wish any disputes arising out of any services or your intent to deal with us. But still any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the Indian Law. Any disputes or arbitration so caused by any person in India or other Countries would be within the Jurisdiction of NOIDA in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. All the costs so incurred will be borne by the parties as per the applicable rules of Indian Law.  

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any choice of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state or Country. Any deviation in these terms will be possible only after a written consent from Bajrangi Astro..

The information collected by the Website may be used for any purpose as may be permissible under the applicable law and shall include but not limited to the following: -

(a). For providing a personalised browsing experience. While guaranteeing the anonymity of the user, the personal information collected in Clause "Personal Identifiable Information" may be used for research purposes, for improving the marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse usage, improve the content of the Website, product offering and for customising the Website's layout for suiting the needs of its Users.

Notwithstanding anything contained above, we at Bajrangi Astro do not pray for any disputes or dissatisfaction to any person dealing or intent dealing with us at any time before or after our services. Still any disputes, apart from whatever we have mentioned in our Terms and conditions, we will adopt a humanly approach in settling all such issues to the best of our capability and ability.
