There are always two answers to an issue; one is 'yes,' and the other is a 'no' but pondering in the middle is criminal. He was the allottee of one dwelling unit in the same project  this gentleman was constructing. How could that person get his share of the property if this person does not build it? Answering this question took an entire day as I had to read both the charts in tandem. I worked out a few astrological strategies for the builder that eventually worked. But, what here is more important that a non-starter horoscope got a positive influence from someone else without even knowing each other. Every horoscope can start; just a timely intervention of someone who can do it , is needed .
