How is Saturn for each moon sign?
You talk about Saturn and people will start talking about Saturn always a planet that harms. Also people start talking about Shani Ki Sade Sati, Shani ki Dhaiya and this noble planet never gets respect. But do you Saturn aka Shani is the most significant Karmic planet. It means this planet is directly arrtibuted to the Karmas (acts) of a person. You perform bad karmas, Saturn will punish you as Saturn acts like a judge in such cases. You do good karmas, there is no other planet better than Saturn to reward you. Saturn has dual role in astrology to work as a teacher or work as a judge. But since the Vedic Astrology has given so much importance to Saturn Astrology. And the different seers and astrological philosophers have described different impact of Saturn. I must explain in that direction also.
Saturn in different Moon signs
I am trying to mention the static impact of Saturn in different Moon Signs. But will also clarify that final impact of Saturn depends on your Karmas and how do you take the benefit of transits of Saturn. Now read in brief the static impact of Saturn in different moon Signs as below:
How is Saturn for Aries?
For Aries ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 10th and 11th houses. 10th house is the Kendra, a benefic house, but the 11th house is malefic (TrikBhav). Since the Mool Tricone Rashi falls in the Trick Bhav, Saturn is Malefic for Aries Ascendant. So Saturn is malefic for Aries.
How is Saturn for Taurus?
For Taurus ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 9th and 10th houses. 10th house is the Kendra, a benefic house, and the 9th house is a Tricona house, which again is benefic. This makes Saturn a Yogkaraka for this Sign. Yogkaraka planet is a high degree benefic. Thus, for Taurus ascendant, Saturn is benefic.
How is Saturn for Gemini?
For Gemini ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 9th and 8th houses. 9th house is the Tricona, a benefic house, but the 8th house is a high degree malefic house(TrikBhav). Since the MoolTriconeRashi falls in the benefic sign (9th house), Saturn is neutral for Gemini Ascendant, and Saturn, the result governance shall depend upon the moon sign. Saturn is neutral for Gemini.
How is Saturn for Cancer?
For Cancer ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 8th and 7th houses. The 8th house is a high degree malefic house(TrikBhav), and the 7th house is a malefic house for being a Maraka in spite of the fact it is a Kendra Position. The MoolTriconeRashi falls in the TrikBhav, Saturn is a high rated Malefic for Cancer Ascendant.
How is Saturn for Leo?
For Leo ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 7th and 6th houses. The 7th house is a malefic house for being a Maraka in spite of the fact it is a Kendra Position and the 6th house again a malefic house for being a Trik house. The MoolTriconeRashi falls in the MarakaBhav, Saturn is a high rated Malefic for Leo Ascendant.
How is Saturn for Virgo?
For Virgo ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 6th and 5th houses. 5th house is the Tricona, a benefic house, but the 6th house is a high degree malefic house (TrikBhav). Since the MoolTriconeRashi falls in the malefic sign (6th house), Saturn is neutral for Virgo Ascendant, and Saturn’s result governance shall depend upon the moon sign.
How is Saturn for Libra?
For Libra ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 4th and 5th houses. 4th house is the Kendra, a benefic house, and the 5th house is a Tricona house, which again is benefic. This makes Saturn a Yogkaraka for this Sign. Yogkaraka planet is a high degree benefic. Thus, for Libra ascendant, Saturn is a high degree benefic.
How is Saturn for Scorpio
For Scorpio ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 4th and 3rd houses. 4th house is the Kendra, a benefic house, but the 3rd house is a malefic house being a Maraka (8th to 8th). Even though the MoolTriconaRashi falls in the benefic house, Saturn has the Lordship of a Maraka house. It is also inimical to Mars the ascendant lord, Saturn is malefic for Scorpio ascendant.
How is Saturn for Sagittarius?
For Sagittarius ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 2nd and 3rd houses. The 2nd house is a high degree malefic house( 12th to 3rd house), and the 3rd house is a malefic house for being a Maraka in spite of the fact it is a Kendra Position. The MoolTriconeRashi falls in the TrikBhav, Saturn is a high rated Malefic for Sagittarius Ascendant.
How is Saturn for Capricorn?
For Capricorn ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 1st and 2nd houses. 1st house is the ascendant, a Kendra, and thus a benefic house, but the 2nd house is malefic (12th to the 3rd house Maraka). Since the ascendant lord is Saturn itself, for Capricorn, Saturn can be termed as a benefic, but still, the Moon Sign has to be checked for the degree of benefit.
How is Saturn for Aquarius?
For Aquarius ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 1st and 12th houses. 1st house is the ascendant, a Kendra, and thus a benefic house, but the 12the house is malefic as it is the house of losses. Since the ascendant lord is Saturn itself and the MoolTricone Sign fall in the ascendant itself, Saturn can be termed as a benefic for Aquarius ascendant.
How is Saturn for Pisces?
For Pisces ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 11th and 12th houses. 12th house is the house of loss, whereas the 11th house is again a malefic house being a Trik house. So, for Pisces ascendant, Saturn is a Malefic planet for Pisces natives.
Does Saturn always harm?
Above all were the significations of Saturn on each Moon sign as if these were to go in a person’s life as conceived without any flexibility to change these results: be good or bad. But there are two things that can alter these results. These are:
Person’s karmas - Saturn does not harm us till our acts do not harm others. Saturn is your friend but can be deadliest enemy also. Through this write up, I have broadly explained for which Moon sign Saturn is benefic and for whom it is malefic.
Saturn is not always malefic or harmful. On a bird’s view, we can say Saturn is malefic for some Zodiac signs, it is benefic for many other Zodiac Signs. There also its impact is not uniform & most important is that these results can be largely moulded by person through his/her own Karmas.
Let me clarify here that whatever be the impact of Saturn on each moon sign, finally impact depends as to how one respects the theory of Karma. Otherwise, these results of Saturn on different moon signs can be totally different.
Transit of Saturn – Another important thing regarding influence of Saturn on a person is the transit of Saturn. Regarding Transit of Saturn you may love to read my unique article in OUTLOOK INDIA on 30th September, 2019 as below.
“SATURN TRANSIT IN 2020 CAN BE GAME CHANGER FOR MANY”
Past life has gone, you can’t change it. But God has given us free will in our present life. This free will allows us to ratify flaws of our past life. Controlling this free will becomes more significant during planetary transits and this is where this article holds caution for all in profession or business because very important Saturn transit will happen when Saturn will ingress Capricorn. SO choice is ours to maneuver our free will or keep having past life regressions.
Did you know that without knowing the fate in the previous birth nothing significant can be predicted? Any Jyotish (Astrologer) would and should first peep into your previous life karma before evaluating the present life.
We enjoy the benefits of the positively placed planets (positive Purva Janm Karma, or positive past life (lives) deeds and pay for the negatively placed planets in the horoscope (Negative Purva Janm Karma, or negative past life (lives) deeds) and we continue enjoying or suffering till the balance as earned from the past life does not end. But the story does not end here there is a bit twist to it which is called as Karma correction.
We reap what we sow – so conquer your free will
We are born with an abundant supply of free fill (placement of Jupiter in the horoscope helps us in evaluating it) and with this free will we try and negate the negativity of the negative planets. This is how Jyotish helps to navigate through life. We follow almost the same path as traversed by us in the previous births if we do not influence the result of any planet with the help of free will (the subtle difference between births can be because of the change in Kaal, Desha, and Patra). And thus, if we do not correct ourselves out through karma correction, this placement of planets will try and enforce on to us the same path we undertook in our previous births.
We incite upon the Almighty to come and rescue us from the harm-causing planets which means we know through Jyotish what wrong what planet is bestowing on to us. But the sorry state of affairs is that we are too heavily dependent on the Almighty to change things whereas we are worryingly reluctant to use the free will to improve ourselves
Prepare yourself for time ahead
Take a simple example say, Sun is not aptly positioned in the horoscope. This will mean that the person was, in past life or lives, having a low spiritual authority, no leadership quality, did not respect the elders nor did he get the respect from juniors, had an over ambitionless life, highly jealous, arrogant, pomposity ruled him and had some success but that faded away with time. And if this Sun has some positive influence of aspect etc. then this YOGA shows that he in his past lives have at least managed to earn the blessing of other planets which can help to mitigate some of the ill results of this unsuitable Sun. Now, if we do not use our free will to change this negativity of Sun, we have to follow the same path as we did in our past lives. So, through Jyotish we know what is there in store for us and what we have to do to change the effect.
If you are given six hours to chop down a tree, sharpen your axe for the first four hours. Preparation is the key to any success story, and it is rightly said that victory is the child of preparation.
That is where the true principles of Indian Astrology put foremost emphasis on to plan the moves ahead of the time so that difficult times pass without much hassle. The planetary transits around the zodiac are God's roulette for us human but with a slight difference; the moves can be pre-calculated and analyzed, and the stakes can be placed accordingly. The planetary transits i.e transit of a planet from one sign to another can be a boon for some and bane for the others. It means we should not get confused with the dignity or the grandeur of the planet; a so-called 'badie' may not be bad for you. Similarly a certified 'goodie' may not be good for you.
January 2020 can be game changer for many
Consider this, Saturn transit is now happening, Saturn transiting in Sagittarius and will ingress Capricorn in late January 20'. This means those who are benefitting now because of its present transit may not necessarily benefit once it leaves the present sign and those who are not doing well in their fields because of this Saturn transit can expect a change once Saturn changes its sign. But a lack of proper astrological preparation can spoil the game for both. A person doing good in a particular duration of time continues with his style of working even when the planets have changed their positions and suffers on account of this. He wonders why he is failing: has he forgotten his own skills but not able to figure the difference out.
Similarly, a person continually not doing good fails to grab the positivity of the new beneficial Saturn transit because of negativity sets in him so deep that he fails to recognize the positivity. And to promptly recognise these sunny and shady periods of life I always recommend to get a graph of future mapped. Mapping the future is a cumbersome job as it first requires recalling and then plotting the significant events of the past and then calculating the upcoming events of life, good or bad. Those in profession or in business who are waiting for some miracle to happen should immediately do a mapping done or at least understand what fate has in store for them.
