How is Saturn for each moon sign?
You talk about Saturn and people will start talking about Saturn always a planet that harms. Also people start talking about Shani Ki Sade Sati, Shani ki Dhaiya and this noble planet never gets respect. But do you Saturn aka Shani is the most significant Karmic planet. It means this planet is directly arrtibuted to the Karmas (acts) of a person. You perform bad karmas, Saturn will punish you as Saturn acts like a judge in such cases. You do good karmas, there is no other planet better than Saturn to reward you. Saturn has dual role in astrology to work as a teacher or work as a judge. But since the Vedic Astrology has given so much importance to Saturn Astrology. And the different seers and astrological philosophers have described different impact of Saturn. I must explain in that direction also.

For Taurus ascendant, Saturn has the lordship of 9th and 10th houses. 10th house is the Kendra, a benefic house, and the 9th house is a Tricona house, which again is benefic. This makes Saturn a Yogkaraka for this Sign. Yogkaraka planet is a high degree benefic. Thus, for Taurus ascendant, Saturn is benefic.

Does Saturn always harm?

Prepare yourself for time ahead
Take a simple example say, Sun is not aptly positioned in the horoscope. This will mean that the person was, in past life or lives, having a low spiritual authority, no leadership quality, did not respect the elders nor did he get the respect from juniors, had an over ambitionless life, highly jealous, arrogant, pomposity ruled him and had some success but that faded away with time. And if this Sun has some positive influence of aspect etc. then this YOGA shows that he in his past lives have at least managed to earn the blessing of other planets which can help to mitigate some of the ill results of this unsuitable Sun. Now, if we do not use our free will to change this negativity of Sun, we have to follow the same path as we did in our past lives. So, through Jyotish we know what is there in store for us and what we have to do to change the effect.

The planetary transits around the zodiac are God's roulette for us human but with a slight difference; the moves can be pre-calculated and analyzed, and the stakes can be placed accordingly. The planetary transits i.e transit of a planet from one sign to another can be a boon for some and bane for the others. It means we should not get confused with the dignity or the grandeur of the planet; a so-called 'badie' may not be bad for you. Similarly a certified 'goodie' may not be good for you.
January 2020 can be game changer for many
Consider this, Saturn transit is now happening, Saturn transiting in Sagittarius and will ingress Capricorn in late January 20'. This means those who are benefitting now because of its present transit may not necessarily benefit once it leaves the present sign and those who are not doing well in their fields because of this Saturn transit can expect a change once Saturn changes its sign. But a lack of proper astrological preparation can spoil the game for both. A person doing good in a particular duration of time continues with his style of working even when the planets have changed their positions and suffers on account of this. He wonders why he is failing: has he forgotten his own skills but not able to figure the difference out.
Similarly, a person continually not doing good fails to grab the positivity of the new beneficial Saturn transit because of negativity sets in him so deep that he fails to recognize the positivity. And to promptly recognise these sunny and shady periods of life I always recommend to get a graph of future mapped. Mapping the future is a cumbersome job as it first requires recalling and then plotting the significant events of the past and then calculating the upcoming events of life, good or bad. Those in profession or in business who are waiting for some miracle to happen should immediately do a mapping done or at least understand what fate has in store for them.
